Hopeful Perspective
Do you ever feel hopeless?
Romans 15:4 tells us that “…the Scriptures give us hope and encouragement as we wait patiently for God’s promises to be fulfilled” (New Living Translation). In fact, joy, peace, and abounding home come from believing in God (See Romans 15:13). The amount of hope you have in your life directly corresponds to how much of the Bible you are digesting in your daily life.
Change you perspective, and begin to consume the Word. You can meditate on the word through key scriptures and bible plans that help you read through the Bible in a year. You can get involved in a Bible Study and go deeper in the word. You can pull out the book of Psalms and begin to read them out-loud and your hope will rise as you put your trust in God.
Look at your life through the lenses of the finished work of the cross. You can abound in hope for your life and for everyone connected to you. God’s promises for you are good. You have a future and a hope because of Him.
